Color printer for the office?

The office needs a color printer to load about 5,000 sheets per month (both sides). Of the requirements - low cost of refueling-repair-recovery (if necessary). It is desirable (but not necessary) to be able to print on both sides. There will be no special complaints about the quality either: the bulk of the products are price lists with picture inserts.
The main problem, probably, is with the choice of the type of device: color laser printers have rather expensive refilling and restoration of cartridges, and inkjet printers constantly either smear, or dry out, or something else. I also had an unpleasant experience with CISS.

With such a load, it is definitely laser. I can recommend HP LaserJet CP1525n, but its printing is one-sided and the print speed is slow.

Epson makes some pretty decent ink jets. Unless the cost of prints is quite high if you use original cartridges (only nothing dries and smears with them).

canon 5050n look. I use it in the office for six months, the load is ~ 7000 pages / month. (texts with pictures, business cards, etc. small things). Big, noisy... or it just seems...
Works fine. Satisfied with the quality. Prints on thick paper.

With double-sided printing, look at the HP 2025dn.
It prints well, fast enough, and refilling is not too expensive.

Thanks everyone for the replies. It turned out that Epson S22 with constantly drying refillable cartridges and HP LJ CM 1312 with 700 ruble refills are already at the new job, but the refillers said that the cartridges will start to mow after 2-3 times. Well, a set of new ones costs more than a printer.
In doubt I...

As an option, I suggest considering the Kyocera FS-C5150DN laser printer . Duplex printing and network interface included. Cartridge - about 2300 rubles. for 3500 copies b/w and 3400 rubles. for 2800 copies one color. The average price of the device itself in Moscow now is 15480 rubles. (Yandex Market). Decent speed (up to 21 ppm in b/w and color), fast first copy out in color (up to 10.5 sec in b/w, up to 12 sec in color), low power consumption (6 W in sleep mode).

I can suggest OKI 510DN . Duplex (that is, it prints on both sides), color, not very expensive consumables. And, despite the fact that it is laser, it costs only 12,500. There is a special offer for 14,800 along with a black cartridge.
Many small offices choose it because of its inexpensive cost and the ability to print on media of different weights.

With built-in (factory) CISS may fit - Canon PIXMA G2400
