Color defective pixel?

It was even written on Habré more than once, but still I did not find it specifically. After buying the monitor, a green pixel was detected, but other components also work, that is, it is white on white, and green on black, the green component does not turn off at all. Today appeared the same, but red, only now near the center. Since the display has a high resolution of 2560x1600 (S-IPS) and the pixels are small, it doesn’t really interfere, it’s almost not noticeable, but still unpleasant.
I tried a quick color change for about 20 minutes - it didn’t help, I think I put it on for the night.
Are such things treated at all (judging by the information found, they are treated like this when the pixel is constantly lit in one color, and other components work for me)?

Carry in a guarantee - they are treated there by replacing the matrix.
