Mobile development

Colleagues, where to start studying mobile development?

Good afternoon!
Colleagues have probably asked this question a thousand times, for which I apologize in advance. (In front of the admin also)
The essence of my question:
I want to start learning mobile development from 0. (I work in a different field and have never encountered programming). I also know that there are a lot of articles on the Internet on this topic, but it is important for me to hear the opinion of people, namely practitioners who every day face certain tasks related to mobile development (maybe some of you, like me, started in my time).
And here is the question itself: swift or kotlin? Which is easier for a beginner to learn. I know about buying a MacBook, I'm ready.

PS If you know good resources for learning programming in one of these languages, also leave it, I will be grateful.
Thanks in advance!
I'd love to hear your opinion

@NeiroNx

You need to start by finding out what development frameworks (methods) exist: WebAPP, Xamarin, Android Sudio (native). Compare the pros and cons and then choose a specific methodology, development environment.

, in general, any fresh book on development in a language/platform you are interested in will suit you. I repeat - any. in general any, though children's. They are the same anyway, and the application examples are equally boring.
work out the primer - start writing your application - go google and stackoverflow.
advice - you can read the primer in your native language, but google it right away in English.
PS I would go into development for apples, there is objectively less crowd of pioneers.
