CodeSigning certificate, can it be transferred and used on multiple machines?
Read about certificates. As I understand it, you need to receive and issue on the same machine.
But most likely the person who collects the applications will not receive it. And there are several applications and they are assembled on different machines.
Will it be possible to transfer the CodeSigning certificate to the machines where the applications will be built? And maybe there are some links to this case?

It very much depends on where and how the CSR was generated. If the means built in Windows - that in any way. If third-party programs - there are - then after the certificate is received, just the key and certificate (which are very often packed in PKCS # 12) are simply placed on all the necessary machines.
