Code::Blocks removes MinGW compilers?

I've had this problem since yesterday: I start Code::Blocks, I start working, I try to compile the program, but code::blocks reports that I don't have a compiler - I look in the folder with compilers - it's not there, I drop the compiler into the same folder, I go to code ::blocks and again he says that there is no compiler - again I look in the folder with compilers - there is no compiler.

How to fix it?

ps when I run code::blocks, it says that my Ctrl+W shortcuts are in conflict, but I delete it and it reappears every time I run it
