CNC setting Wordpress?

I need to configure the Wordpress CNC in such a way that when I go to the card it would be the name of the site\card
and now the full path.
I set the CNC in the Admin panel as it should, but it still does not work !!
Tell me what the problem is and how to fix it!

what is a "card"?
there are no cards in the usual VP
