CMS / Script to find photographers and models?

Tell me a script / cms to implement a site where photographers, stylists, retouchers are looking for models and vice versa.
The user registers as a photographer or model and then fills out a profile of their profession.
I would also like the profile attributes (height, weight) to be tags, clicking on which would display a list of users by the corresponding tag.
