CMS or modules for accepting applications, creating tickets, feedback from users?
Good day.
A simple, user-friendly CMS with the following features is required.
- PHP + MYSqL
- Acceptance of applications for services
- Confirmation of applications by the administrator / moderator
- Personal account with the display of ordered services and the possibility of their renewal from the personal account -
Ticket system
- Reception of feedback
If, in a nutshell, it is necessary to organize a system for accepting applications for the provision of a service, after ordering the service must be confirmed by the project administration, information about the service must be stored in a personal account with the possibility of prolonging it with the possibility of choosing the time for which the service will be provided and the possibility of informing the client about the end of the term of the service by email. You also need the ability to contact users for additional support through tickets. Receiving feedback from users is desirable, but in principle, its absence is not critical at the initial stage.
In principle, I looked in the direction of Joomla 3, for it there are good components for organizing HelpDesk, but with the order acceptance system it somehow got stuck. In principle, of course, you can organize all this on the basis of the store component, but in my opinion this is like hammering nails with a microscope.
In terms of functionality, all this should approximately look like a simple system for interacting with a hoster.
The service was ordered/it was confirmed by the admin, information about the service provided, its validity period, etc. was reflected in the personal account
