CMS for Vkontakte group?

Hello! I am the owner of the Vkontakte group.
Users add their ads to the "Suggested News" and I publish them. But there is a problem, Vkontakte allows you to publish no more than 50 entries per day for communities. So I decided to create a separate site. I don’t want to make an ordinary bulletin board, because there are already so many of them. I wanted everything to be simple, like on the Vkontakte page.
Actually, I want to ask if there is any cms similar to the page in contact. And also, in your opinion, how best to make a site based on these needs.
