CMS for online translator competitions - any ideas?

There is a strong desire to create something like a platform for online translation competitions: the text is given and people write the translation live in a certain time. Ideally, of course, it would also be cool to follow all this with other users, vote for the winner, and have archives of completed competitions.
Tell me, have you ever met a CMS with at least remotely similar functionality, so that you can start from something when finishing?
