The certificate that Cloudflare gives to download is a proxy certificate, yes, it is not valid for everyone, it is valid only for Cloudflare proxy. It is only needed so that no one can fake traffic between you and Cloudflare.
You need to pass traffic through Cloudflare, then Cloudflare itself will give out a valid certificate.
