Clothes on the character in unity work (animation) not so (wrongly) as in cinema 4d, why?

Hello, a character model was created in CINEMA 4D ( with bones ), clothes were also created for this model and weights ( weight ) were adjusted in cinema 4d, only for clothes ( there are no weights in the character model! ), after the animation was made, in cinema 4d works great! And when importing into Unity (.fbx), everything works, but there is a small jamb in the clothes:

Pants go through the jacket, although there is no such thing in cinema 4d! It seems that the weights did not transfer well to Unity or did not transfer at all! And it's not about .fbx (like), the same fbx was thrown back into cinema 4d and it works fine, but there is a small bug in unity.
What could be the problem?
PS Thank you all very much!

@Senture

as one of the options. get into the quality settings of the project.
there are Skin Weights, with parameters 1, 2, 4 Bones and unlimited.
perhaps your settings are simpler there than in cinema , but keep in mind this may affect performance, with a complex model or an unlimited version.
