Closed port and how to get around?

I live in Azerbaijan. We have a global provider here Delta-Telecom, they seem to have blocked one of the ports by government decree, sort of from the UDP list (5060th port)
These ports are used in the Overwatch game for voice communication. And because of this blocking, it does not work in my game :( The client cannot connect. But what is strange, all other games (CS-GO, Last Man Standing & etc), programs (Discord, Whatsapp, Skype) work fine.
If connect via VPN, then in the game the connection works, but the ping goes down and sometimes there are crashes. the connection worked again.I would be very grateful if someone would give very practical advice and help in this matter.
