Clipboard not working in brackets. What to do?

I've been trying to solve this issue for a very long time and tried all the ways. I understand that, most likely, no one has encountered this problem, but maybe someone can tell in which direction to dig. The fact is that new Photoshop plugins, for example, css hat, cannot copy content to the clipboard when the "copy" button is pressed. The same thing happens when you try to copy text into the extract of the brackets text editor. This is where the built-in Photoshop and you can copy the text from the layer.
I understand that both of them have these functions implemented in js, but for some reason nothing is copied to the clipboard. Tried googling with various words but couldn't find anything. Maybe there are some hints for this. For example, the name of the function that is responsible for copying text to the clipboard from brackets in extract. To at least google it.
I tried to edit Internet Explorer settings (you never know, suddenly it depends on it). Gave him all the permissions, but the clipboard never worked.

@Ooos

Tips can be used as a way out.
Click on the desired layer in the psd, then press Ctrl+Space and voila, Brackets will prompt you to paste the text in normal format!
