Clipboard in Windows like in Linux?

At work, I have to use Windows, but I'm too used to the most convenient copy-paste method in Linux. Namely, we select the text with the mouse, and by pressing the scroll we insert it in the right place.
I found only the only implementation of such a method under Windows - the bearded TXMouse program. Everything is fine, but it does not allow you to use the scroll in the browser. Closing tabs, opening links in a new tab, opening tabs with already copied text, in general, absolutely everything does not work.
I would be glad if someone tells me an analogue of this program with working features.

@aktuba

I use a logitech anywhere mx mouse, set the wheel to the left to copy, to the right to paste. Very comfortable, I recommend.
