It is required to set up some replenishable user account on the site. Plus, it is also possible to withdraw amounts from the account to a bank account.
I understand correctly that here it is necessary to use the api of a bank thread (where is the IP account of the site owner, for example) to withdraw customers to the accounts of different banks and also to replenish the balance on the site (some kind of virtual entity)? Something like upwork/pioneer done. All processes within Russia will take place.

With bank cards? Then acquiring and payments, such as cloudpayments, payonline and many, many others, can do it. Or do you need to use bank account details?
