CKEditor: Alignment works right, center, but not left. How to decide?

CKEditor 3 version.
Applies alignment to p and h1 tags. Right and centering works fine, put text-align: right/center .
But left is not set, even though the icon is enabled on the toolbar. In the source code text-align:left is not visible.
As in the preview.
