Cisco VPN PPTP server, it is not possible to connect 2 clients from the same stack (error 619), what's the problem?

At office costs Cisco 2951 with the server lifted by PPTP (pptp is necessary). Clients connect with cellular networks and home Internet (NAT).
Problem: being at home, behind NAT, it is possible to establish only 1 session with the office! When you try to connect the 2nd device, error 619 (windows) crashes. Before that, there was Mikrotik with a PPTP server, after the Windows server, there were no such problems. Tell me how to win???
