Cisco 827-4V - what to replace?

There is a cisco 827-4V in the office, and recently it has begun to lose the network - thereby turning off the Internet and telephone to the office. And sometimes you have to reboot 20 times until everything picks up.
The question arises of replacing it with something more modern. But the problem also appears:
1. I have never worked with cisco, so I want to put something with a normal interface (any lengths?). What to choose? Budget 30000
The picture is as follows: Internet - adsl hub - cisco - 4 lines in PBX
2. I don't know what settings are entered into the cisco. There is a console cable, but how to see the settings? I know that everything is done through the console, but I'm worried about the chance to knock everything down there nafig. Whether unloading of settings or a backup is provided at a tsiska?

@Buchachalo

Of course, you can merge everything through the standard "sh ru".
There are a lot of manuals on the Internet for connecting via a console cable. Try to log in, then on the command line:
enable
sh run
You can safely copy-paste the config for yourself.
