Chrome extension that redirects from http to https and back?

I can't find a chrome extension that directs from http to https and back by hotkey.
That is, I often work with localhost:3000, and I visit projects on http and https, and I constantly need to change the protocol.
And it would be great if the site opened on http, pressed the hot key and the browser reloaded and switched to https.
