Recommend an extension for chrome (if there is one), which will show the studied words on the site (in English), I remember there was one such extension from a Russian developer, but it was very stupid and slowed down the browser. Everything that I could google in 2 days, there is nothing like this extension. Once again, when you enter the site in English, the studied words are highlighted in yellow or no matter what, and it was very convenient in fact. And today, neither lingualeo, nor Duolingo, nor memrise, nor other well-known projects provide such an opportunity.
