Chrome doesn't always save passwords?

Hello! Chrome does not always offer to save passwords on sites. For example, on the Sberbank-Online website, my password is not saved and does not offer to do this. It is also impossible to save passwords in the online store megabitcomp.ru, from there I constantly buy all sorts of electronics. And in other sites, this feature works fine. I also cleared cookies and caches anyway, zero result! The save checkbox is also worth it. Why is this related? I'm just guessing maybe it's the JS code embedded in some sites? Of course, I myself do not know JS, but there is an assumption!
