Chrome crashes on MacOSX Lion?

I use Chrome on MacOSX Lion, recently the browser stopped working normally with extensions - you open the browser, the CPU starts to heat up, the fan makes noise, the browser freezes. Some pages load without problems, and some just hang and load the processor to the fullest. I think it has something to do with the scripts on the page.
If you disable all extensions, the browser works quickly and reliably.
I used the 16th stable version, after the next update, these problems began. I tried to install the beta version, then the devs - now on it, the problem was partially solved. Some extensions work, and some start to crash the browser.
I tried everything to remove AppCleaner, put the browser clean, downloaded my profile from the server, through synchronization. Did not help.
What to do?

@sokol

After reinstallation, ActiveInbox for Gmail started working, before that it weighed the entire browser.
Magic Actions for YouTube - doesn't work now
SmartVideo For YouTube - doesn't work now
Speed Dial - doesn't work now
Vkontakte Music Downloader - doesn't work now
And much more, in this mood I cleaned up the extensions that I used to use.

The answer to the question of what to do.
Use Safari.
Why?
Because Chrome unfortunately collapses without extensions at all, at least in my case.
