Choosing Raspberry for google assistant?

Good time connoisseurs. I want to create a "smart mirror" on the Raspberry platform to communicate with Google Assistant.
What do you advise to choose:
Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ 2018
Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 2019 with 1g of RAM or 2g.
In the future, I want to connect a camera to the "raspberry" so that it can see me, bluetooth (if possible), so there are doubts whether 1g of memory will be enough for me in the Pi 4 model?
Thank you.

If Google Assistant needs a 64 bit OS then only 4GB. Try it on a 32-bit OS, but everything will be outdated for many years. Some Linux 64s can run at 2GB, but the first mouse move freezes everything. RaspPI does not have a normal disk and swap file. A normally working modern solution is 4GB RAM and an SSD (not an SD card). In addition to RaspPI, there are OrangePI, BananaPI and many other single-board cards that have a SATA or PCIe interface for connecting a full-fledged external drive, then the computer will work stably
