Choosing cms for sysadmin notes?

Good day, please tell me which cms to choose for the vision of the blog (for yourself) as notes, manuals, for the system administrator?
Wishing that it worked out of the box or with minimal effort (no time to study site building and web programming:
1) code highlighting, and output from the terminal ... bash
2) form in the form of notepad ++
3) free themes / plugins available (bells and whistles not needed)
skip wordpress)
Thanks for the answers, if there are sysadmins who will enter their blog, share on which engine it is made.

I advise you to start on git and host (you can, for example, gitlab they have free private repositories), or you can not host. And keep the notes/blog in Markdown. Markdown has the simplest and most convenient syntax + there are a huge number of free editors.
This way you get a portable, weakly dependent system of handy notes with a history of changes to additions.

Tried everything. I use https://boostnote.io/.
Markup with Markdown. Distributions are available for all platforms.
The main convenience is in a very quick note, inserting a screenshot. Very active support and completely free.
It's just a notebook, but if you need access from any computer, put the database on Dropbox, for example.

If you know markdown, then all roads to microblogs are open :) https://github.com/duanejeffers/bloog

for such purposes, take Aegea: https://blogengine.ru/
the wordpress you mentioned has long ceased to be an engine for a blog, i.e. the highly specialized tool you are looking for

We take Jekyll / OktoPress and enjoy life - the output is static content, markup in markdown, a bunch of plugins and it's not a problem to write, we host wherever you like.

I tried a lot of all sorts of evernotes and other simplenotes with cuips and settled on https://paper.dropbox.com. In my opinion, the most pleasant, and markdown supports.
