Choosing an SSD for a work computer?
On a working computer, there is the first raid of two hdd terabytes, I want to leave it for data, and put a 240 GB SSD (or so) under the OS, programs and work data.
I looked at the prices, there are a lot of models, the price range is from 6 to 14t.r., it is not clear how they differ.
Actually the question is how they differ and how to choose.

If you want something reliable and proven, then look at the latest kingston, intel, OSZ, Plextor models.
The industry leader is Samsung, but it has been experimenting a lot lately, so there are unpleasant incidents.
As for the rest - any disc from this range that suits you in terms of price and volume.
Don't chase reading speed indicators like - 550MB, it's more interesting for marketers, in practice there is little use for this.
The system disk will mainly work with small requests, therefore, as a rule, they are interested in the speed of reading a record in blocks of 4kb.
That is, a disk with a read/write speed of 350/350MB often works faster than 550/550MB.
If you want 240 - here is the Corsair Forse GS 240GB .
I have the same, only at 180. The flight is excellent.
Plextor is the best in terms of price / quality ratio. Yes, 3 year factory warranty.
