Choosing an engine for developing a multiplayer 3D game in the RPG genre, Unity or UE4?

Hello. I have more than 2 years of experience in developing websites and web services, I know PHP, JS, MySQL, there are successful projects that feed. But I came to understand that this is not mine and more and more I find myself working and not getting the pleasure that I had at first. I want to switch to gamedev. There are a couple of questions regarding the choice of engine for game development. I will not cut the game alone, but with a partner, he has no experience in programming, but he has experience in motion design and creating illustrations. We read a lot of information on these two engines in a week, downloaded them, used them a little, got acquainted with their official stores, watched a few lessons, looked into the docks and are leaning towards choosing Unity. But a lot of people are chasing after UE and their blueprint system and the superiority of graphics, optimizations, as well as the implementation of multiplayer. In our understanding, it has developed that blueprints will not close all the wishes and you need to know c ++ at the proper level, which will affect the implementation time. We want to invest in terms of no more than a year and a half, and c# with .net seemed closer to understanding to me. The game will be in the RPG genre with 1 location. Multiplayer will also be implemented. The requirement for graphics is also not in the first place. Will the choice of Unity be justified in this case, or is it worth choosing UE and c ++ despite the implementation timeline.

For your purpose and in your situation, Unity is uniquely suitable.

I don't like such questions, but okay..
1) You need to decide on the platform. In principle, for both engines, the +-set is the same, but there is a tendency that for mobile phones - units, for PC / consoles - anreal
2) Blueprints - for prototyping. For a normal performance, they are usually then rewritten into a native code
3) 2 people for a multiplayer RPG? Have you already calculated the entire role-playing system? Well, this is what I actually mean - if it takes off, it is unlikely that it will be competitive. Start with something simpler, otherwise it looks like trolling.
