I am inclined towards Robokassa, because not everyone uses POISON.

These are completely different things.
POISON is almost PayPal (one "currency" + credit cards). Robokassa is an aggregator of a bunch of payment systems with a wild commission (sometimes up to 20%).
Connecting both also does not interfere, in general.
