What app would you recommend for taking notes and taking notes?

Will be used on ios and macos. In standard notes, for example, tags are missing.

I used evernote for a very long time, but then I looked in the app stores and everyone scolded him.
I put oneNote, but there the link to the Microsoft account is only and at first glance not very conveniently done.

I myself use the standard ones, but I can advise you to look at WizNote. This is an analogue of EverNote from the Chinese. There are free moments that are paid in Evernote.

Tot is still on the leaderboard for writing exactly notes, which can then be reformatted for storage in Notes and similar applications (Bear, for example)
