Choosing a Linux distribution for an old laptop and expanding the RAM?
Hello, the question may be hackneyed, but still.
I have a Dell Vostro 1015 (2009-2010) available.
The config is as follows:
Processor: Intel Core2Duo T6570
RAM: DDR2 2Gb Ram (I plan to add 2 GB more)
HDD: 320Gb
Video: Intel HD4500
UPD. Can this laptop fit 8GB of RAM?
On windows, writing and doing something in Java will be stupidly unrealistic, in fact, hence the question - which distribution kit is lightweight and most suitable to use for programming in Java?
UPD. 2
SHOCK CONTENT!
I opted for Elementary OS - it proved to be the most stable and the visual design, of course, was a plus :)

Lubuntu's LXDE environment is pretty simple.
I think Xfce in Xubuntu is quite light with the usual functionality.
Java itself is gluttonous. IDEs are also far from easy for her. Resources basically they will eat away.
But, in principle, you can live with 4 Gb. From lightweight distributions, I can recommend Lubuntu .
Manjaro Comunity Edition с i3. Сам пользуюсь. Очень удобно и только 200 мб ОЗУ кушает.
So you have 200 - this is the duration, the duration of the animation, not the delay.
Try adding a delay method:
(not special in jquery methods, maybe it should be added after .stop() )
UPD: self-fix, yes, it should be after .stop(). Made an example .
