Choosing a Linux distribution
Hi all. Here I use kubuntu 13.10 - it messes up, it's just terrible, everything jumps, changes, it feels like my laptop is gradually gaining independence :). I want stability guys!
Here .. I look towards gnome3. I would like not to lose much in beauty, but at the same time something more generally accepted, not some kind of e17 thread.
Can anyone advise what? And if all the same gnome3, then where can I download its stable assembly (image) from ubuntu. To nafig demolish this horror and work normally.

If I understood correctly, then the problem is not in a specific distribution, and it's not kubunt that "mows", but KDE. Then the question is not in choosing a new distribution, but in choosing DE, of which there are many.
For example, I use cinnamon on a laptop and awesome on a netbook.
In general, to begin with, do a "massage" - update all packages and drivers.
