Choosing a license for non-free software?

I bring my product to the mass market - for simplicity, we will call it CMS. Although this is a whole software package for a narrow category of business. But not the point.
It's all written in Yii2 (php+mysql+apache). The problem is that CMS is distributed on a monthly subscription, which can be canceled. And after unsubscribing, the client still has his fully working website, but without the admin panel (because another software package for managing all the clients of my company serves as the admin panel).
So. I need some kind of closed license, according to which the client would be prohibited from distributing the CMS that is available to him. You can still, of course, prohibit making changes, etc.

Maybe it's better to provide all this as SAAS? Or at least an admin panel like SAAS.
And a standard service contract.
De facto, you will not be able to prove in a court in the Russian Federation that someone is distributing your CMS, making changes, etc.

I have not seen a single hosting where there is no library for working with encrypted files.
Can be licensed under a specific IP, MAC, domainin.com or *.domain.com.
And also for a certain time or until a certain date, or simply do not use any of the restrictions, but simply abfuscate important parts of the code.
