Choosing a JavaScript ad network?

Which ad network is better to choose from those offered by JavaScript banners?
The bottom line is that I made a separate screen in my Android application with a WebView element for placing ads, I would like to fill it with some kind of advertising content.
Admob does not offer a JavaScript banner - only using the Admob-SDK

A controversial issue… There are many ad networks, almost all mobile ones provide javascript placement. But… You need to take into account that the user agent is transferred correctly.
