Choosing a DB for making an appointment with a doctor?

The main function is to make an appointment with a specialist (as in public services).
The question is which database to choose?

I myself use MySQL, MS SQL, I recommend to try)
They are very popular (along with PostgreSQL) and they are quite easy to maintain)
