Choosing a 650W PSU?

I need help choosing a smart power supply that, if possible, stabilized the input / output voltage and suppressed ripples. Budget limit - 15 tr.
I settled on the models: Corsair RM650i, Seasonic SSR-650FX
About the older model Corsair RM750i - somehow there are a lot of negative reviews on the market.
Seasonic SSR-650FX - quite fresh, subjectively, the filling looks rustic, it's hard to say whether it fulfills the declared parameters.
Can you please tell me which block to choose?

Have you considered Cooler Master V650?
I have a model from the same line (V550) for about a year. The flight is excellent.
There are reviews on the Internet, for example overclockers.ru and ixbt.com
