Choose an engine for the game?

Guys, I decided to try myself in such a difficult task as game development. Now I'm trying to decide what to work with. One of the main goals I pursue is cross-platform, so my choice was:
- Graphics engine - Ogre3D
- Bullet physics engine
- Audio - OpenAL
- Graphical interface - MyGUI.
I started digging into these things, it turned out that there are very few tutorials on Bullet. More precisely, not on the engine itself, but on the OgreBullet wrapper. Can you suggest something else? What would be the best place to start?
I plan to write on the pluses. The game will be like an RPG (tilted top view).

Of course, you probably will not be happy with such an offer, but take Unity. )
We somehow took OGRE and almost failed the project, a very time-consuming development process.
On Unity it went quite differently.
To increase the chances of successful game creation, convenient development tools that allow you to quickly create prototypes and scenes, human tools for working with Assets and Asset Pipelines are extremely important. On open source engines, you will have a huge investment of time and effort for all this.

Look towards Irrlight. Unlike the ogre, it looks like a game engine, with a bunch of extras. There is also Bullet :)

Under these criteria, Unity is best suited.
Especially given the cross-platform.
