Choice of xfs or ext4 file system - which is better and more reliable?

Quite often I install servers under LAMP on CentOS and Debian/Ubuntu, and leave the default file system - i.e. xfs and ext4
. And then the question arises - is there an advantage for one file system over another in this situation?
Maybe it's worth it and puts CentOS on ext4? It seems to be more reliable in terms of data safety in case of failures?
Who will say what? Actually, the discussion would like to see what is better than ext4 or xfs?

Linux itself can be installed on ext4.
This is for databases, especially large ones and especially those with large files, which in addition put a lot of load on the disk subsystem better than xfs.
I use xfs for Oracle, and only for the database, I place the DBMS on ext4, although in this case it doesn’t matter, you can also use xfs.

ext4 - comes by default, so it can be taken as a plus.
