Choice of payment aggregator-2016. Which is better?
I choose a payment aggregator for a small site (SP). We need a system that would be connected in a reasonable time and with reasonable requirements. The payment interface is also important - so that it is understandable to the user (in some interfaces there are up to 70% failures at the stage of payment). Studied hundreds of pages of forums, accumulated information, which I presented below. It is very difficult to make a decision - there are a lot of pitfalls everywhere. Share your opinion, please.
First, a brief theoretical summary from one forum:
Most people pay with Qiwi, then bank cards, Yandex Money and WebMoney come in the popularity rating.
What did I read in the reviews and news:
Webmoney - are experiencing serious problems at the moment due to the check of the Central Bank;
Rbk Money- work well with maps. But they do not accept electronic money;
Robokassa - good reviews, but high commission. At the moment, they are experiencing serious problems due to sanctions against the Oceanbank, on which they were based;
Sprypay - a lot of negative reviews;
Interkassa, Liqpay - cooperate with the Ukrainian Privat-bank, clients in Russia often have problems;
Paypal is a convenient system, but not yet widespread in the Russian Federation;
Onpay - generally positive reviews, but not a very convenient payment interface;
Moneta.ru, Payanyway - good reviews, but demanding (you need to indicate the legal address on the site, etc.);
Wallet One- generally good reviews, but there is a complaint that there are often failures;
Qiwi - accept only Qiwi and bank cards;
Yandex.kassa - they consider applications for connection very slowly, they are not interested in small clients;
Oplata.com - no Qiwi;
Paymaster - positive reviews, but a lot of bureaucracy and a slow connection.

Yandex.Checkout - 100%
Applications are considered at the speed of light.
But there, the interest of course ... But - all inclusive.
paymentwall, judging by your conditions,
but they will take their percentage, keep in mind
* or - a good percentage, but good quality of services
* or - a small percentage, but a high probability of problems
I don't recommend paymaster.
At the very beginning, when choosing for myself, I settled on it and regretted it after a couple of months.
I left a connection request as a self-employed person. Website - normal services. A week later - so and so, you are denied. I ask why, we don't know. Who knows? - Superior department. I say ask them why. Answer: They didn't tell us.
OK. I am writing to delete my personal data. Redirect to their owners: kkb.ru.
Contacting kkb support. So and so, delete my personal data.
Freeze 2 weeks. I am writing that I will contact a lawyer and go to court. Here is the answer:
Fill out forms No. 3 and No. 4 https://kkb.ru/doc/information_security/policy_pdn.pdf
Send scans in a reply letter.
Filled out and sent. I'm waiting. Freeze. I ask: should I wait? Answer: Hello! It is necessary to provide documents on paper in person to the bank or send them by mail to the address indicated and blah blah.
I answer: so you said in the letter above that there are enough scans. Answer: we do not know anything, send it to the office by letter.
Total: on the site in black and white it says "We connect the self-employed." I was not connected. I didn’t break anything, it’s just that apparently “turnovers are low”, although not a word about this.
Then the bureaucracy does not allow me to delete my personal data for 3 months. Think for yourself.
