Choice of cooling system
At the moment there are 3 racks, which are being cooled with the last of their strength by a household air conditioner with a consumption of 3 kW at the limit of its capabilities.
In a week we buy a server with ~300 watts of heat. I think it's time to change the cooling system. The problem is that I do not have the opportunity to take the condensate out to the street, so we pull a bottle of water once a week.
What is better to buy? Take a second household? Budget no more than 100,000.

Maybe it makes sense to simply reduce the number of running physical servers in the racks? For example, with the help of virtualization. Another option is to put some servers on colocation (in this case, the DC will solve the problem of cooling).
I am also for colocation. It all depends on the goals, of course, but usually colocation can be cheaper, since cooling in the DC is general and, accordingly, cheaper in terms of an individual server.
Not to mention additional goodies in the form of uninterrupted electricity, an Internet channel, and so on.
What else is left for you? Buy. From the advice of those who dealt with Samsung, they do not advise as broken ones.
Of the cheapest solutions - find an opportunity to expand the air exchange system of the server room with the street or other rooms, you can almost certainly put a regular duct fan for 1000 rubles in the exhaust ventilation and this will solve your problem.
“Shoot so shoot, love so love” I
recommend industrial mitsubishi, but it’s expensive, but no one forbids looking for options where it’s cheaper. It is not clear what to put and one day to catch a surprise in the form of a sauna in the server room - well, you yourself understand, the consequences are not pleasant. And the second crutch that you want to put in the server room is not serious.
