Choice of balls and stencils for BGA reball?

What size stencils and finished balls are now found? In mobiles I saw 0.25 0.30 and 0.35mm.
I don't know which bridges for notebook and graphics chips. Actually the question is which ones are worth taking and which ones are unlikely to be needed.

Just decide for yourself whether it is worth saving the chance to run into a non-standard chip, the balls on which you will have to arrange with your hands, long and tedious.
