Chinese tablet for 9-10``?
Hi friends!
On Habré there are a lot of reviews on quality tablets. Ainol has been especially successful lately. but they are 7'' and I want something bigger. Maybe someone had a purchase experience, or maybe someone chooses for himself, advise what to look for.
I want an IPS matrix, a modern processor (like Cortex-A9), and if there is GPS and 3G, then it would be generally cool!
Thank you!

I took myself a Ritmix RMD-1030 (one of the models of the Chinese Onda VI40) - I did not dare to take the Chinese original without a guarantee.
I am satisfied with the tablet and especially the screen. If you take it as a "reader" - a great option. Of the minuses: there is only wifi and no GPS (I did not need this for the reader).
A review can be found on mobile-review and a discussion on w3bsit3-dns.com (both in topics about Ritmix and topics about Onda).
I can recommend the Archos 80 G9 - this, of course, is not China, not even China, but the price is acceptable (7,380 r), for this you get:
- 8-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1024x768 (4: 3);
— GPS;
— Android 4.0;
- there is a compass;
- Lithium polymer battery 11400 mAh ;
- a “pocket” under the cover for a 3G modem (purchased separately for 2900), you can probably put any other compatible with android (I don’t know, I didn’t look for such information);
- inside there is a place for installing a 2.5 "inch sata disk (!);
- bluetooth (yes, yes, it is the most important component :);
- support leg (1).
Here is the official "trailer" , and heredisassembly video .
PS There is a saying: “we are not too rich to buy cheap things” ...
PPS Don’t consider it an advertisement, just found these tablets myself yesterday and went nuts from the price / features ratio.
I have the same problem, I'm looking at Pipo M1 myself.
9.7", 1024 * 768, IPS, Cortex A9 processor with Mali 400 MP4 video, Android 4.1.
No GPS, people use external bluetooth and USB receivers.
Suspiciously good quality for a Chinese tablet, performance is also not bad.
Here is a discussion on w3bsit3-dns.com , here review
Costs 215 bucks at PandaWill .
Prestigio MediaPad Ultra
8 990 rub (+600 rub. EMS delivery)
Proc is the all-China favorite Allwiner A10.
The case is soft-touch plastic.
— operating system Android 4.0.3;
- screen 9.7", IPS matrix with LED backlight and protective glass, 1024x768;
- built-in memory 16 GB, RAM - 1 GB;
- microSD / SDHC memory cards up to 32 GB;
- Wi-Fi, Mini HDMI, USB 2.0;
- front and a rear camera of 2 megapixels;
- battery capacity - 8000 mAh, 6-7 hours of work.
There is a summary table for 9.7 "Chinese tablets. I hope it will help you make the right choice. I took the Onda VI40 myself.
