Checking applications without an interface?

Tell me, I'm making an application for integration with crm, the application just listens to leads and sends them to the server, there is no external gui, how can I pass the verification?
I made a simple gui with authorization and a list of subscriptions, but it was rejected.
It's not clear from your screencast how this permission directly impacts the app's usability. Unfortunately, we weren't able to figure this out by manually testing the app either.
It is clear even to the horse that it cannot be tested just like that, but FB does not even allow a ticket to be opened on this topic and sends it to cominity.
