If you don’t want to spoil your nerves, don’t waste time, it’s better not to contact asio4all, but buy any inexpensive card from more or less well-known manufacturers: M-audio, Terratec, Tascam, Esi, E-mu, Miditech, Lexicon, Tapco, Edirol, Native Instruments. If used, then the choice within $ 50-100 is huge.
If you have a choice between USB and FireWire, non-Macs are better off with USB.
The rest is chosen to taste (the number of inputs / outputs, the presence of a midi interface, external control, etc.).
PS Cards from Creative for working with music, I would not recommend.
