Cheap phone with SMS sync app to computer?

Interested in some very cheap phone that can be synchronized with a computer, see all the sms on it. Now I use a miniphone for sms, but it doesn’t have any api, apparently no one needs it at all. But I want to receive sms, process them on the server and, in accordance with them, make further requests, so what phone can I take for such an SMS receiver?
