Hello. Connected Whatsapp Business API via Gupshup with integration into Bitrix24 open lines.
We want to install a chatbot, but the platforms require WABA registration through them in order for the chatbot to work.
We tried through the open lines of Bitrix24, but also most of the chatbot designers do not work with it.
gupshup itself offers to use integration with GoogleDialogFlow, but the thing is very inconvenient and buggy. For example, with a new message in WhatsApp, operators do not see it while the bot is running and cannot intervene. Also, if the phrase is not recognized, then it is impossible to transfer forcibly to the operator. And a lot of inconvenience.
They also have, as I understand it, the option of developing a bot on their platform, but with self-hosting in the docker somewhere on a third-party service, which is also not convenient.
The task is to make a very simple chat bot that, in response to certain phrases, will give certain answers. It is also necessary that the operator sees the state of the dialogue and can intervene.
Please advise something.
