Charles, what do you need?

Hello.
I'm trying to install Charles to view traffic from an ios device, but the problem is that even on a computer in a browser, it does not see ssl traffic. All certificates are installed, all settings are correct

In theory, everything should work.
But ..



Actually the question is, what's wrong? Where to look, what to check?
Is there a replacement for Charles/Fiddler? I don't like Fiddler, it's too complicated
