Charles ssl certificate not reliable, alternative?

Greetings. Faced a very strange problem when working with Charles. After installing the built-in root certificate, the interception of https traffic was fine and worked correctly.
However, when I try to sniff the Anki application's traffic, I get the following message from the software itself

Error creating a secure connection. It is usually caused by antivirus, firewall, VPN, or problems with your ISP. (invalid cert)

And in Charles I see that the package was not correctly received
Client closed the connection before a request was made. Possibly the SSL certificate was rejected.

Please tell me how is there an alternative to the built-in certificate? Is it possible to befriend a charlick with a Let's Encrypt certificate that will be valid, or are there other approaches to listening for such traffic?
