I'm trying to install ssl certificate on iphone for charles to intercept traffic, but the certificate is not downloading
steps:

1. open mobile safari/chrome
   
2. go to the official website www.charlesproxy.com/getssl
   

result: the page opens, but the certificate is not automatically downloaded https://i.gyazo.com/2ab6955d9e5261c1434eb79a49ecf5...
what could be the problem?
