In my opinion, what I see in your photo is not burned , but an elementary scratch. Only a complete perfectionist would consider this a serious defect.
However, serious defects with the pins of such plugs still sometimes happen - a thin metal leg inside the plastic breaks off. Then the replacement of such a part can help (if this part is removable):
