Changing state on page transition?

Good day to all! The bottom line is this: using routing, we move from the page to the page and get the following structure: home/page/page-list/page-list-item... and page-list is a category and a subcategory) ... when we open the page-list-item component, should the data that is assigned to this object be substituted there? how to implement it?
